The apartment was a DREAM! Gotta love my parents for getting us to all these incredible places!




We also had a TON of food....which only made it that more difficult to go swimming in that tight suit. Ick......

Then a few days later off we were on the road again, to Vancouver.


You better appreciate me blogging - I'm cutting into my sleeping time! Work tomorrow!

Almost 11

Well, it's official. I'm working on my birthday tomorrow. Boo.
But, what can I do? Can't always get what you want.

Jenny's Birthday

My dear friend Jenny turned 23 a few days ago and I cooked some Italian goodness. It was so much fun to chat with my girlfriends!

Blue Lake and Pink Blooms

Last weekend Dan and I went to Blue Lake with some friends and boy was it beautiful (and crowded)...
We kidnapped our friend's daughter for some pictures, but as soon as Dan saw her drool sliding on her chin...he was out of the game. Liquids coming out of babies just isn't his thing.



Dan got along swell with Maria, who was mesmerized by his iPhone (the "other woman", as I call it)

And then there's little David, who is the happiest, jolliest baby you'll ever meet.


All in all, it was a sweet day!

Mandie and Matt's April 30th Wedding

When I first met Mandie and Matt, I KNEW I would love shooting their wedding. But when the big day arrived, I found myself welling up with tears every ten minutes. There's so much love in between Mandie, Matt and their quirky daughter....so much kindness and happiness.
I felt so fortunate to be a part of their wedding and I couldn't be more certain that on that day, in that hotel, we were in the presence of true love.

Easter Vacation PART 1

Right after Easter my parents, my aunt, uncle and cousin along with us and our friends Vene and Costi all went to a resort near Redmond, OR. It was so super duper fun!
Dan went skiing, we went swimming, we took walks, played in swings...ate good food and played Rummy till late at night. The only downside to these four days was losing to Dan in Rummy AND tennis. Have I mentioned I'm a sore loser? Oh yea...
