Bread

Until our big wedding(s) in May, my parents are letting us live with them. Just to save money until we take the big plunge and buy our own place.
Well now there's five people living under one roof! Which means work needs to get distributed evenly. And since I'm unemployed and not in school, I have the most free time. So I end up baking bread, cooking, making snacks and cleaning... so that I don't go insane!
I actually really really like baking. Almost as much as taking pictures of my creations!

Have you ever seen a more delicious looking loaf of bread?
I glaze the dough with a beaten egg, then once it's baked I brush sweet water to make the crust a tiny bit sweet.
My family goes loco for it.

I truly have not seen a more beautiful loaf of bread! Are those sesame seeds? They would totally seal the deal for me.

oh yeah, those are sesame seeds! Aren't they the perfect touch?!
It was so easy too, just 4 cups flour, 1.5 cups hot water, 1/4 cup oil, five tsp sugar, two of salt and yeast. EASY!
